Profiles are obtained with the pultrusion technology which, by allowing to use a very high percentage of fibreglass, guarantees high mechanical performance. Standard profiles are made of isophthalic resin. On request they can be produced using other resins to meet specific customer needs. The standard colours are grey (RAL 7035) or yellow (RAL 1018). All profiles are finished with a polyester surface veil which, since impregnated with a large quantity of resin, seals the profile surface, ensuring the protection from UV rays and atmospheric agents and preventing the fibreglass from blooming. The high mechanical performance, lightness, ease of processing, resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents of the profiles, allow to create versatile and long lasting structures.

Steel jack in an extra low version, with a maximum lifting capacity of 3000 kg and therefore very suitable for light commercial vehicles. The jack is equipped with nylon wheels (2 swivel wheels) and an extra foot control. Furthermore, the jack has a two-part operating rod with handle and a protective foam cover. The minimum lifting height is 75mm and the maximum lifting height is 505mm. The total length of the jack is 673mm and the diameter of the pick-up dish 108mm. Three-piece hand taps- sets are used for regular threads with coarse pitch, as the thread profile area is larger than for fine threads and the force effects on the taps are greater. The advantage of three-piece hand taps is that the respective parts of a set share the cutting power: The taper tap (No. 1) (marked with one ring) removes 65 per cent of the thread profile and the intermediate tap (No. 2) (marked with two rings) removes 85 per cent. Pre-cutting and reworking with the intermediate tap (No. 2) bring the thread into shape.

The process of three-dimensional curving of aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out in two steps: torsion and bending. This is a very complex process, which only a high-skilled staff, with a technological equipment, can carry out.

The twisting or torsion of the extruded aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out via a clockwise (or counter clockwise) solicitation of the cross section against its axis. In order to avoid that this twisting jeopardizes the stiffening rib, we use a filling system to help the stretching and the compression of the fibres. We are able to twist up to 9 mt profiles!

The demand of aluminium profiles to furnish the HoReCa industry as well as Department Stores with particular sizes and shapes has considerably increased over the last years. The calendering of profiles used in the construction or in the realization of the most modern refrigerated showcases for cafés, ice-cream parlours or restaurants requires special attention for the aesthetics of the profile.

The curve of the aluminum profile used for mobile walls is made with a sophisticated soft curving of the profile, which makes the curve with straight ends to the two sides of the extrusion. The service is performed by means of laser pointing installed on the bending machines.

The bending of aluminum profiles used in curtain wall systems is carried out with a patented system by filling with a special alloy. During this process, the cross section is not only calendered with millimetric precision, but it also meets all the perpendicular tolerances, avoiding any kind of deformity deflection or "twisted effect", thus maintaining the perfect geometry required.
