PLANS BEARING DIAMETER 12 mm Suited to the handling of products with rigid bottom, allow to move with a push packages in any direction. Are normally used in semi-automatic lines where there are several discharge conveyors and the operator has to choose the direction that must take a specific product / package. The standard plans are made with ball diameters of 12 mm, wheelbase 37.5 in staggered rows.

Semi-automatic line consisting of taping machine FP9036 with side straps (or FP9037 with straps above and below) for closing the upper and lower flap of the box and special plan for loading products. To facilitate the packaging operation of the products, an idle conveyor roller with boxes-stopper plan has been positioned before the taping machine. In this way it is possible to block and fill securely, quickly and easily the box not yet taped simply taking the products from a plan or from an adjacent container. Then, with a simple push, the operator will move the box in the taping machine.

Production planning is managed by an IT system which provides total control of the order. The company boasts a completely internal production process which allows the product to be followed and controlled in all its manufacturing phases; starting from the careful selection and purchase of the raw material, following with the processing, where technically trained internal staff arrive at the finished product. The packaging and micropercussion marking are carried out according to customer requests, each product is supplied with an identification label on the packaging and specific lot numbers and precise codes. We provide a transport service with our own trucks or by express courier.
