Production planning is managed by an IT system which provides total control of the order. The company boasts a completely internal production process which allows the product to be followed and controlled in all its manufacturing phases; starting from the careful selection and purchase of the raw material, following with the processing, where technically trained internal staff arrive at the finished product. The packaging and micropercussion marking are carried out according to customer requests, each product is supplied with an identification label on the packaging and specific lot numbers and precise codes. We provide a transport service with our own trucks or by express courier.

Our flexible structures and computerised management of the majority of processes allow us to follow the entire production cycle in house, from studying the product and making prototypes and samples, to developing the washes and handling the client’s final order. We have over 22,000 sq m of production space in the Marche region, located between Urbania and Fermignano, and a platform in Romania, specialised in various product types.

The horizontal cabinet is the ideal solution for the efficient handling of cutting-dies used in leather goods and footwear factories. The ideal position is next to the press machine, replacing the existing worktop. The cabinet is made of galvanised steel, with a white painted top. Equipped with 18 drawers of 35 mm with full-extension ball bearing slides with a capacity of 30 kg. All cabinet are 100 cm high and 57 cm deep. Different widths are available, depending on the space available in the company and the type of dies to be stored. It is possible to insert different combinations of drawers depending on the objects to be inserted or to customise the cabinet. Supplied already assembled on a pallet. Essential for optimising die management in production, offering flexibility and convenience.
