PNEUMATIC SEALER CP 500 Electropneumatic sealer with double sealing impulse bar with (the resistance heat for a few seconds) suitable for closing packaging polyethylene, PVC and polypropylene, coupled aluminum, etc. It has four positions of voltage to the sealing bar, timer for adjusting the welding time and timer for the cooling time. The double sealing bar (top and bottom) welded from 3 mm allows the closing of envelopes very thick, laminated bags and bellows. The closing of the bars takes place by a pneumatic cylinder unit with pressure and pedal control. Maximum thickness weldable 0.25 mm. The CP 500 can be easily oriented from 0 to 90 degrees.

STRAIGHTENING AND CUTTING MACHINE Model EvoCUT6012 The new Tecno Impianti straightening & cutting machines model EvoCUT are a concentrate of strength, technology and design. They are used for straightening and cutting of smooth wires made of mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze etc.; for the latter ones, we have developed tooling with specific geometries and materials. The use of brushless servomotors and very high quality planetary gearboxes for the management of the axes ensure an excellent performance in dynamic, dimensional and quality terms on the finished product. Proportional valves for pressure control allow the operator to store the settings regarding pulling and position transducer for each single application, ensuring the constancy of the set values over the time.

High pressure regulator, standard version inlet pressure up to 220 bar (3190 psi), higher pressure for special versions. Inlet connections available for every type of gas. Outlet connection G 1/4 - F. External chrome-plated finish. The regulator is composed of an high pressure stage followed by a lower pressure stage, providing an accurate outlet pressure control starting from 0,1÷0,5 bar range. Outlet pressure is controlled by a diaphragm.
