The production of powders is one of the most important sectors because the technology that uses polymer powders has an extraordinary development potential. Poliplast S.p.a. is able to produce powders starting from a variety of thermoplastic resins for applications ranging from rotational moulding to the production of resins for masterbatches and compounds.

The filming division is developing since 1973 and allows the company to cover all market needs by having a range of bags for mass market retailers, for recycling and for industry, produced entirely through the recycling and regeneration of waste in Polyethylene. This demonstrates a particular attention to environmental protection. Poliplast S.p.A. has been dealing with the regeneration and filming of L.D.P.E. since 1973. The finished product is the Solid Urban Waste Bag, more commonly called the garbage bag. With over forty years of experience, the company has managed to obtain a high quality product corresponding to the most varied requests of the difficult and competitive European market regarding sizes, thicknesses, colors, prints, packaging, labeling, etc. guaranteeing customers maximum availability and commercial flexibility, offering alternative products designed in our own laboratory.

Embossed polyethylene film as rubber separator Our embossed polyethylene film is used as a liner for the calendered rubber. It prevents the contamination of rubber by dust and other foreign matters that might stick to it during storage before further processing. With its diamond-shaped embossing, our film can be easily removed from the rubber without any distortion. Our polyethylene film is manufactured from 100% virgin low density polyethylene that retains the embossing pattern even when subjected to high temperature and stretch. We are experts in the production of polyethylene and PVC containers and offer a a wide range of large-scale solutions for caterers, restaurants and discount stores. Polyethylene jars, available with pressure seal caps and screw caps, can be produced in different colors to customize your packaging. Available in different sizes, starting from 500 cc. up to 1,000 cc., all our containers come with one of the caps mentioned above. To complete our offering, we have introduced two large capacity containers of 900 cc and of 1,600 cc. available with a dosing cap or a pressure seal cap. Large polyethylene and PVC containers for restaurants, caterers and discount stores Polythene containers are available with a pressure seal cap or a screw cap, and the caps can also be supplied with a pre-assembled liner for induction sealing. The containers and the caps can be produced in various colors to customize the packaging.

TILTING BUCKET IN POLYETHYLENE FP-BE 1000 WITH CAPACITY 1000 LT. Tipping container made of sturdy polyethylene and forkable steel base with forklift truck, it allows the transport and unloading of scraps and scrap operating in safe conditions. The bucket is secured to the forks of the forklift truck by means of the supplied chain and to carry out the overturning it is sufficient to operate the release lever directly from the driver's seat of the forklift truck (by means of a rope) and therefore to operate in maximum safety. Impulse sealers MG 820 series, with 820 mm sealing bar and suitable for sealing polyethylene, pvc and polypropylene bags. They have a special timer for adjusting the sealing time based on the thickness and type of material. The MG sealers are complete with a manual cutting unit for the trimming of the sealed bags and/or the creation of bags from tubular reels (if the machine is equipped with a roll holder). The sealers bars must be closed manually by the operator and are automatically held by a magnet until the end of the cycle. There are special supports with mechanical pedal, for the manual sealing machine and with electric pedal for the sealing machine with motorized bar closing. Tabletop manual bag sealers with manual closing and electromagnetic block. Impulse heat sealing (the resistance heats for a few seconds) with timer for adjusting the sealing time and a timer for adjusting the cooling time. The sealing cycle is indicated by an indicator light. Sealing bar length: mm. 300 - 400 and sealing width of 5 mm, maximum thickness weldable 0.20 mm(mm. 0.40 total).
