SE8400 Type 30™ singleend roving is specifically designed for pultrusion processing in applications requiring high electrical resistance. Produced with Advantex®, corrosionresistant ECR glass technology by Owens Corning. Compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins. EFFICIENT PROCESSING Better wetout in polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin, offering fast processing and good glasstoresin bonding, resulting in optimized part production. Good wetout and resin bonding results in excellent visual appearance of parts produced. GOOD MECHANICAL PROPERTIES Low seed glass results in excellent dielectric properties which are ideal for applications requiring high electrical resistance. ADVANCED SERVICE LIFE Advantex® corrosion resistant glass fiber combined with low seed glass is ideal for longterm electrical, physical, and acid resistance, reducing the potential for costly brittle fracture failures in the field.

The vetronites may contain epoxy, polyester, melamine and silicone resins with different thermal class depending on the model chosen. They have excellent mechanical and dielectric characteristics and are suitable for use in many sectors and are the excellence for the electromechanical sector. It should be noted that FR4, GPO3 and FR5 glass elements are self-extinguishing according to the UL 94 V0 standard. The GPO3 and FR5 material are also non-marking and halogen-free. The GPO3 material is a layered insulation based on glass mat and filled polyester resin and is used for machined and sheared pieces. It has good mechanical properties and is suitable for blanking up to 6mm thick. It has good dielectric properties. The FR4, G11 and FR5 laminates are layered with a glass fabric and epoxy resin base. They have different thermal classes. LG11 material exists in two versions: - Insulation class F (155 ° C), code LG11 - Insulation class H (180 ° C), code LG11H

OC Paneluxe™ multiend roving represents a compelling solution for panels where excellent translucency performance is required. Produced with patented Advantex® corrosion resistant ECR glass by Owens Corning and compatible with unsaturated polyester resins. EXCELLENT PROCESSING Designed for excellent processing at various line speeds, OC Paneluxe™ roving features easy unwinding and chopping, flat laydown, and uniform dispersion with low fuzz and static. With high impregnation and wetthrough characteristics, the product allows excellent resin flow in translucent applications. IMPRESSIVE AESTHETICS Excellent fiber distribution provides a homogeneous surface aspect with limited fiber prints, resulting in consistent thickness throughout the laminate. Absence of white fibers and fiber springback along with significant reduction of air entrapment ensures excellent translucency of laminates.

PulStrand® 4100 is specifically designed for fast wetout, good processing, high glass loading and excellent laminate properties, to maximize customers’ processing and minimize their processing costs in pultrusion applications. OUTSTANDING MECHANICAL PROPERTIES Excellent shear and flexural properties in major resin systems, provide maximum part strength and long part service life. REDUCED COST Fast, uniform strand wetout leads to higher glass loading, reducing resin demand; fast wetout also increases production speed and productivity resulting in reduced manufacturing cost. M705 chopped strand mat represents a compelling solution to hand lay up high glass content and thin laminates balanced with good mechanical properties. M6X1 chopped strand mat represents a compelling solution for large and thick part manufacturing when high productivity is required in hand layup or closed mold processes. EASY HANDLING AND MOLDABILITY Optimized chop length mix provides superior dry tensile strength while bringing good conformability to contoured molds. HIGH PROCESS EFFICIENCY Fast wetthrough and low resin pickup combined with excellent handling properties in dry and wet conditions. This makes the product an ideal choice for large and thick parts production with dry and wetcarrying process. HAND LAY UP CLOSED MOLDS M6X1 mat is designed for use with polyester, vinyl ester resin systems inhand layup or closed mold applications including automotive parts, boats, chemical tanks and pools. The handrail systems are made with pultruded profiles in isophthalic polyester resin and fibreglass. The handrail systems, supplied with vertical or horizontal fixing, are designed and manufactured according to UNI EN ISO 14122-3 standard and are available in standard or ergonomic versions. The ergonomic handrail differs from the standard handrail for its ergonomic C profile and for the knee rail designed with a tubular profile (not corrugated as in the standard version). The connections between the elements are achieved with rivets and steel bolts. To make simple and quick the assembly of handrail systems, a series of accessories has been developed to facilitate installation. All handrails are supplied in standard grey (RAL 7035) or yellow (RAL 1018). On request, they are available in other colours and resins.

FRP gratings are made of polyester or vinylester resin, fibreglass and inorganic halogen-free fillers that provide the self-extinguishing properties. They are supplied with anti-slip surfaces of varying levels, classified and certified according to the DIN 51130 standard (determination of the anti-slip properties). Gratings are certified as durable product whose mechanical performance is not affected by the cycles of hot/cold e humidity exposure in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9142 standard; they have also passed the aging resistance test with cycles of UV exposure in accordance with the ASTM G154 standard; they are supplied with self-extinguishing properties in accordance with EN13501, ASTM E84, ASTM D635, DIN 4102, NFP 92-507 standards. They are tested and classified as excellent electrical insulators.
