TED tank cap with key for oil and fuel, in steel and stainless steel material, with internal bayonet coupling passage diameter 30 mm and different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic or ventilated. The steel variant can be supplied in black version. At your request, the TED filling plug with key can be equipped with safety chains or cables. This product shall be sold with our internal bayonet filler necks passage diameter 30 mm or with our niche series 45 for connection to oil or fuel flexible fuel hose Ø 45 mm. The TED fuel tank cap with key is used for different applications in several industrial fields, and, thanks to its small size and its high quality, it is particularly suitable in the fields of pneumatics and oil-hydraulics, as well as oil cap in generating sets, earth moving machines, excavators and so on.

The feed heads model PR are installed on top or at the exit of our in-line wire drawers model SKP. Their function is to bring the wire from the dancer of the wire drawer to the feed rolls of the cold header in a pre-straightened form. The feed rolls can be pneumatic or hydraulic, according to the machine size.

The CNC machine, mod. TB412Y is designed for reduced tooling and programming time. Is a double spindle machine and it has got an upload station on self-positioning rollers, able to receive bars from diameter of 12 mm up to 110 mm, variable from a length of 150 mm up to 3000 mm. Ground pliers and micro filtered refrigeration allows machining of shafts without damages of the chrome surface. The 12 positions, motorized tool turret, on which you can install up to 24 tools, has got an Y axis for milling and holes machining , also off-axis. The unload of the workpiece from the sub -spindle is totally automatic. The simplicity of the use, the high versatility and precision in machining, make model TB412Y an extremely competitive machine, making it possible whoever to realize quickly any kind of chromed bar. The software, made by us, is integrated with CNC SIEMENS 840 Di, and it is customizable.
