The glue dosing system is a simple and reliable system that allows the application of a certain amount of glue on boxes, cartons, trays, etc. The expulsion of the glue is controlled by an electro-pneumatic valve, controlled by the operator with a pedal or button. The amount of glue to be dispensed can be easily adjusted using a timer. Thanks to the valve that discharges the excess air, it is also possible to apply just one glue point without risking leaking from the gluing machine. The gluing machines are supplied with about 3 meters of compressed air hose. The length of the tube can be changed during the order. Machines designed for packaging liquid or dense food products in jars and bottles, for dosing sauces, gravies, mayonnaise, fruit juices, syrups, purees, yogurt, kefir, and milk. Equipped with dosers featuring rotary pumps made of AISI 304 stainless steel, motorized with electric motors and controlled by inverters. Dosing and rotation speed are adjustable via an electronic pulse counter set through a touch-screen interface. Drip-proof nozzle with a two-way pneumatic valve synchronized with the dosing, pneumatically controlled. Dosing can be adjusted from 20 cc and above. Container movement on a chain with stainless steel or acetalic shutter, synchronized with the container introduction and filling phases. The base model comes with 3 dosers, but versions with 2, 4, 6, or 8 dosing heads can be customized. The standard version does not require format changes. Hourly production: ranging from 500 to 6,000 pieces per hour.

The best solution for tertiary filtration: high solid removal yields, minimum water and energy consumption. The PPC – PPC VM (VM = metal tank) series was developed for plants with medium-large potential. For filters in this range, cloth washing is done with two pumps only (of which one backup pump) which serveall the discs. The selection of discs on which to conduct the backwash (in sequence) is carried out by using double-acting valves with pneumatic control. The largest standard model in this series has a filtering surface of 160 m2 that can process a load equal to a community of approximately 50.000 PE.
