Tabletop manual bag sealers with manual closing and electromagnetic block. The strapping tool ST IMPA 13/16 is usable with both polypropylene strap and polyester strap (green, high resistance) from 12 to 16 mm. Given the high tightness of the seal it is recommended to use a polyester strap. The breaking load depends on the strap of choice.

PNEUMATIC SEALER CP 500 Electropneumatic sealer with double sealing impulse bar with (the resistance heat for a few seconds) suitable for closing packaging polyethylene, PVC and polypropylene, coupled aluminum, etc. It has four positions of voltage to the sealing bar, timer for adjusting the welding time and timer for the cooling time. The double sealing bar (top and bottom) welded from 3 mm allows the closing of envelopes very thick, laminated bags and bellows. The closing of the bars takes place by a pneumatic cylinder unit with pressure and pedal control. Maximum thickness weldable 0.25 mm. The CP 500 can be easily oriented from 0 to 90 degrees.

The pneumatic sealing machines QF 600/800 LS are widely used in chemical industries, food industries, animal feed, etc. for sealing bags in plastic material of every kind, even of high thickness with max width of 600/800 mm and weight max of 50 kg. IGP threaded tank cap in stainless steel and plastic material, complete of sealing gasket. Different threads are available: 1” 1/2 male (standard thread; for a perfect match, we suggest to combine our threaded cap with our G 1″.1/2 female threaded filling systems) P3 female (non-standard thread, compatible with our P3 filling system). It is available hermetic, ventilated or equipped with controlled ventilation system through valves. For the optimal operation of the endothermic engine or in case it is required by law or specific regulations, the IGP tank cap can be equipped with unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, the loss of fuel is limited by the valves of controlled ventilation system. IGP threaded fuel plug can be provided with removable filter and/or safety chain or cable; it can also be customized with company logos, writings and drawings.
