It has a proven sensitivity (measure of reliability that the test will be positive for those with HIV infection) of 99.8%. The INSTI HIV-1 / HIV-2 Antibody Test is a qualitative, fast-scrolling, single-use in vitro test for the detection of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 and Type 2 antibodies on human whole blood collected in EDTA, blood from finger pricker, serum or EDTA plasma.

FIV Antibody + FeLV Antigen Combo (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a combined rapid cassette test, capable of separately diagnosing the presence of Feline Immunodeficiency Antibody and Feline Leukemia Virus Antigen in Feline Whole Blood, serum or plasma. FIV Antibody + FeLV Antigen Combo is a lateral flow immunochromatographic rapid cassette test using the direct (or Sandwich) method. The device has two test windows. Each test window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When the sample is applied to the wells (S) on the cassette, the liquid flows sideways on the surface of the test strip. If there is a sufficient amount of Feline immunodeficiency antibody or Feline leukemia virus antigen in the sample, a visible T line will be displayed in the corresponding test window. Line C should always appear after applying a sample, thus indicating that the result is valid.
