PORTABLE INKJET MARKER MOD. FPA2-SMART MOB - MAXIMUM PRINTING HEIGHT 12.7 mm New portable inkjet marker, suitable for marking on porous, semi-porous (boxes, cardboard boxes) in different work stations. Allows to print alphanumeric texts, logos, date/time, codes, counter, lot and 1D & 2D barcode, distributed on 4 lines with a total height of 12.7 mm. The marking speed is set directly on the marker keypad and you can always write accurately and without deformation of the characters. The cartridges are independent and directly in contact with the print head. The marker is equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning system so in case of very long machine stops, there is no danger of blocking, but simply replace the exhausted cartridges without further maintenance. The message to be printed can be set by PC in any Word font format. To use it, simply save it on the SD card included in the machine.

IDLE ROLLER CONVEYORS EXTENSIBLE WITH METAL ROLLERS Roller conveyors extensible with metal rollers for handling boxes, cassettes and packages with a flat base. They are normally positioned at the outlet of packaging machines and taping machines for the accumulation of packages and allow to realize different forms of route with curves up to 180 ° (depends on the length of the roller conveyor). The roller conveyors are equipped with supports with wheels with brakes and they are easily extendable and resealable, they can thus be moved and stretched, taking up very little space when not used. The movement of the boxes occurs by gravity and the box stopper terminal (included) avoid the fall. The roller conveyors with width mm. 800 are equipped with central pantograph to make the structure more robust. Standard supports are adjustable in height from mm. 650 to mm. 900 but on request you can have supports with height mm. 450-650 (same cost) or mm. 950-1250 with increase.

PACK POINT 08 - CASE ERECTOR Semiautomatic carton erector. It forms the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes, with operator. Operation is simple , just insert the open box in the case erector. The four bottom flaps are folded and the box is automatically locked in position for filling. A pneumatic pusher makes the expulsion of the box to a taping machine . The PACK POINT 08 when combined with a taping machine is a compact and productive semi-automatic packaging line. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

The fully automatic strapping machine mod. TP 201 with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletised loads and high packages. It can be inserted in lines where the available space or the limited height of the conveyor do not allow the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, welded and cut, speeding up the strapping operations. The strapping machine, suitably modified, can be easily inserted into automatic packaging lines and can also work without an operator.

COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE MOD. JN85-M Fully automatic strapping machine with high speed and reliability. The machine is equipped with motorized belts for insertion in packaging lines, aluminum arc with multiple flaps to facilitate the launch of the strap and the subsequent release and electrical system with Omron PLC. WORKBENCHES BUILT IN STURDY TUBULAR AND MADE TO MEASURE The counters are made with a sturdy 60x60 mm painted tubular structure and the tops are also suitable for contact with food, as they are made of food grade nylon or stainless steel.
