The tying machine with wire FP ASTRO-C2 is suited to the binding of small-sized products, particularly delicate, of variable size. By simply tying the elastic thread FP ASTRO-C2 ensures bundles of flowers or vegetable bundles and packs of small industrial products such as pens and hoses, ligation of labels on cans (preserves, mustards, jams, pickles), small packages of labels, stickers and many more. The minimum diameter of a beam is 7 mm. The machine is conceived and designed to also be used in automatic lines, on request can be realized versions in vertical or upside down. The FP ASTRO-C2 has renewed mechanism FEED IN which ensures a high speed and accurate ligation of the product. This tying machine is also equipped with a delivery system (KRS) that controls the release of the node. In this way the product is associated with the minimum voltage so as not to be damaged.

BSL 5045 SEMIAUTOMATIC ANGULAR PACKAGING MACHINES Angular packaging machines with manual or automatic closing of the sealing bar and motorized product unloading belt. HOOD PACKAGING MACHINES - FP 5540 – FP 7060 SERIES L-seal hood shrink packaging machine combines sealing with shrinking into one step. The operator places the product between the two layers of mono-fold film, then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. When the shrink time is completed, the hood is returned to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package . The transparent cover makes the process of sealing & cutting and shrinking be visible. Colours: dark gray or orange depending on availability. It suitable for PVC shrink films with max. thickness 30 my and POF shrink films with max. thickness 19 my. Two models are available with a support surface of mm. 500x400x250h - mm. 650x550x300h. The dimensions of the support surface are to be considered with the hood closed. The volume cannot be completely filled by the box or by the product to be packaged as space must always be left for the passage of hot air around the product.

VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE IN STAINLESS STEEL WITH TROLLEY Vacuum packaging machine with front sealing bar and stand on wheels, made of stainless steel (AISI 304), with digital panel and volumetric electronic sensor for the steady control of vacuum. Tank increased with concave bottom and convex cover for a working height of 230 mm in the central part. Vacuum pump 20 m³/h. It ensures a high productivity. Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas inlet system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.
