The F1000 carton erector is used when a large number of boxes of the same size are to be formed. With the erector it is possible to form the boxes and accumulate them in a specific area of ​​the warehouse, ready for use. By combining the erector with a line (taping base, filling surface and taping machine) it is possible to create the boxes as they are needed, without taking up space for accumulation. The erector automatically forms the boxes by taking them from the side magazine and folding the four lower flaps. The settings regarding box size, speed, etc. are all settable via a convenient front panel. Operation can be set automatically or manually. Furthermore, by installing the automatic Start/Stop system equipped with a photocell, placed on the taping base, the F1000 trainer waits for the operator to free the taping base from the box, before proceeding with the formation of another box.

Isobaric filler for beer and other carbonated products, equipped with 5 filling valves and a bottle selection and transfer system using large-diameter stars. The filling valves are made of stainless steel with heat-sanitizable gaskets. The filling cycle is fully automatic, with an initial valve opening for counter-pressure, full opening for bottle filling, and decompression (degassing). The different phases and processing times are controlled by an electronic controller (PLC), with adjustments available through a touch-screen operator panel. An automatic capper is included for pry-off crown caps with a diameter of 26mm, with automatic cap distribution using a stainless steel hopper. The machine features a central 10-compartment star and bottle guide made of high-density polyethylene, with a safety microswitch. The machine's base is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The indicative filling capacity with 0.33L bottles is approximately 700 bottles per hour.

GENERAL OPERATION The machine is built-up of a rotating plate and a knot device that allow to create the requested wire ties. When the cycle is running, the pinch roll insert the wire in the machine and the rotating plate starts to rotate creating the wire ties. The crossed ends of the wire are held together and twisted by rotation of the gripper. AUTOMATIC CYCLE When the operator press the “start” button, the automatic cycle command is sent to the machine. This signal allow to insert the wire into the rotating plate following the sequence below: - Realignment and lifting of the twister. - Realignment of the wire step cylinder. - Closing of the pinch roll. - Moving forward of the puller. - Insertion of the wire by means of forward rotation of the pinch roll. When the twister is in high position, the puller is moved forward, in order to pull out the wire ties. With a time delay, the machine starts a new tying cycle (according to the number of the ties set in the operator’s panel).
