The COMPACT 7-valve filling monobloc is a solution designed for small wineries producing prestigious wines. It can be equipped with a capper for crown caps and dedicated to bottling bottle-refermented craft beer. The central star positions 7 bottles under the taps, which are filled through the tank's descent. While these bottles are capped upon exit, one by one, another set of 7 bottles is positioned under the tank. The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows the use of nitrogen in the tank. Filling occurs through a slight pressure of inert gas, preventing the dispersion of volatile components. The conveyors are configured so that only one operator is needed. Production: up to 1,000 bph (bottles per hour).

Machine for distributing and smoothing sparkling wine capsules and applying body label, back label, and neck label on cylindrical glass bottles from 187ml to 150cl. The monobloc's production capacity is 800 b/h with complete packaging for sparkling wine, whereas for wine bottles with label and back label, it can reach up to 1,800 b/h. Features include: automatic distributor for the sparkling wine capsule with an inclined loading platform, double optical alignment of the capsule with the brand, pre-smoothing head for inserting the capsule and smoothing using a double pneumatic head, 3 self-adhesive stations driven by stepper motors, electronic board for label start signal, electronic adjustment of label positioning via a touch-screen display, speed adjustment via inverter, full stainless steel safety protections, selection auger for 75cl cylindrical glass bottle format, pulling head, and rectangular bottle collection plate.

For filling cylindrical jars with dense products, sealing with T.Off capsules composed of: Volumetric doser, equipped with a stainless steel AISI 316 rotary pump with an electric motor, dosing controlled and regulated via inverter and adjustable electronic pulse counter from a keyboard, suitable for food, heat-sanitizable; drip-proof nozzle with a two-way valve synchronized with the doser. Dispenser with magnetic orientator for metal capsules. Adjustable descent channel for different formats, capsule presence control device in the channel, alert buzzer for missing capsules. Pneumatic rotary screwdriver. Hot air capsule heater-sterilizer in the pre-closure position. Operations carried out on a star with jar loading from the chain. Machine to be integrated in the line. Configured for one cylindrical jar format and one T.Off capsule format. Production: 1200/h for 500g (honey, jams, etc.)

Steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded shaft protrudes from only one end of the tube.In belt conveyors, they are vertically mounted in pairs at the edges of the rubber matting, with the function of restricting any lateral slipping. They are installed on self-centring stations with the same function.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.Other finishes, see page 30.

Steel rollers with jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by welding. They are mounted on pre-lubricated angular or radial ball bearings and protected with double labyrinth, triple labyrinth dust seals with additional watertight protection. Monobloc steel rollers are used in belt conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. The diagrams and tables on page 42 show the dimensional characteristics and maximum loads.Operating temperature:-10 ÷ +90 [°C].

Depending on their application, the rollers have specific shapes for connection to the structure.
