Pastry Evolution is a self-service display for bakery with drawers, specially designed by Arrebo to be extremely panoramic. Thanks to its self-supporting metal structure Pastry Evolution allows, in fact, by placing several modules side by side to obtain continuous product visibility. The peculiarity of Pastry Evolution is that it does not require support sides as the structure is mounted on metal frames with high-resistance guides. The compartments’ bottoms are in Krion, an antibacterial material for food. The lower part of the display is open for packaged bakery products.
