Politubes produces various types of insulating Mylar, Nomex, Kapton, 2LSO, DMD tubes & insulator caps designed according to the requirements of hermetic closure, positioning, size and protection from chemical agents as required by our customers. They can be supplied in perfectly round or oval form to facilitate insertion and to reduce the overall dimensions. Their dielectric strength can reach 303kV/mm with reference to the ASTM-D-149-91 test method and are used within a temperature range of -50°C/+300°C. Our adhesives, carefully selected during our forty years of experience, comply with all REACH and RoHS regulations and guarantee that the original properties of the films used are fully maintained. They are used for insulation and thermal management in stator slot E-Motors, thermal protectors insulation inside electric motors, motor lead termination, compressors, in order to avoid wires ends to damage the surrounding parts

Our insulating tubes and caps are widely used in the manufacture of electric motors, cable harness, motor lead termination, compressors and transformers as well as in transistors, capacitors, heating element and batteries. They are also used to fix and protect permanent magnets for BLDC brushless motors. Our performance films with a high technological content guarantee particular mechanical resistance and release qualities and they are used as release liners for the tire production by the world leader producers. Highadhesion epoxy resin for heavyduty fastenings for use in different base materials as concrete, solid masonry and wood. This Bossong resin can be used also with wet concrete and flooded hole including underwater fixing (reduction of the recommended loads of 20%). Suitable for electrically insulated fastening. It has longterm resistance to hydrolysis. Excellent for applications with reinforced bars. Thixotropic consistency. The resin, due to its strong adhesion value and the ease with which it penetrates holes and hollow areas, permits secure fixing without expansion and so without stresses in the base material. It does not need premixing, the resin and hardener are only mixed during extrusion in the special mixer. It can also be used for repair and refilling. SERVICE TEMPERATURE RANGE Between 40°C /+ 40°C with T°max long period of 24°C and 40°C/+80°C with T°max long period of 50°C (ambient temperature after installation).
