The linear motion potentiometers series PNS have a 31 mm square section housing and 6 mm diameter shaft. Their measuring strokes range from 50 to 950 mm, and their standard resistive value is 5 KOhm. The conductive plastic resistive element grants the transducer a long life (100,000,000 motions), high independent linearity and virtually infinite resolution. The connections are granted by means of M12 connector. Thanks to their high protection degree against environmental agents the potentiometers series PNS are suited for severe applications, even outdoors, at extreme temperatures.

Compact sized – Ø 50 mm x 48 mm – and stout, incremental encoders series RE50 are specially engineered for industrial use. The number of pulses per revolution ranges from 2 to 12500, with or without zero reference pulse.. The aluminium case offers PI65 protection degree against environmental agents. The connections are provided by cable or M12 connector in axial position; the output signals can feature the push-pull or line-driver format.

VOMM process, compared to traditional processes, takes short residence time and permits to control perfectly the temperature. The particular design of the plant facilitates a simple and efficient cleaning procedure at the end of the production cycle, achieving the highest hygienic standard using hot or cold washing with water and water detergent (CIP system). The high speed and the mechanical action of the turbine optimize the cleaning action of detergents and anti-bacteria products. Pilot plant is available in VOMM R&D department in Rozzano.
