Spirol coiled spring pins are coupling elements manufactured from rolled steel. They have a spiral shape and 2 1/4 coil cross-section, which gives them considerable radial flexibiliyt. This flexibility, together with the absence of the axial shear common to normal spring pins, enables them to perform at a superior level in the presence of shocks and vibrations between coupled elements. Coiled spring pins are available in three duties, light duty, standard duty and heavy duty, to provide a variety of combinations of strength, flexibility and diameters to accommodate different host materials and applications. Available in Carbon Steel (C67S HV420-545), Nickel Stainless Steel (AISI 304 hardened HV120). And also in Chrome Stainless Steel (AISI 420 HV460-560) upon request. HEAVY duty: ISO 8748, DIN 7344, UNI 6876 Wherever space allows, use Standard Duty Coiled pins. They have the optimum combination of strength and flexibility for use in nonferrous and mild steel assemblies.

Keensert high-strength threaded inserts enter in pre-threaded holes and are secured via their locking keys. In High duty series they have 2 or 4 locking keys (depending from diameter) which once positioned make the insert mechanically locked against unscrewing from rotation or vibrations. Keenserts are extremely robust, have high resistance to rotation and extraction, a very precise thread and are easy to install and remove. They are widely used in sectors such as mechanics or precision engineering, aeronautics and aerospace on light alloys, steel or cast iron. They can also be used in damaged threads in expensive components. The Keensert inserts are supplied with the locking keys already positioned inside the grooves. The pre-positioned keys ensure that by screwing the insert it automatically positions itself at the correct installation depth. Keenserts are installed using special Keenest installation tool.

These dies are great solution for the possibility to replace several set of standard dies and adjust die opening directly on the machine. Models available: V25-125; V65-180; V120-300; V150-400. In addition there are options of semi-automatic and automatic adjustment system. We are able to study the project for the possibility to offer together with adjustable dies all necessary punches as complete solution.
