Automatic strapping machine mod. JN85-R with reduced welding plate (width mm. 27 instead of the standard mm. 60) for the automatic strapping of products with small size. Special machine designed to avoid issues in strap releasing in case of strapping of profiles, beams and small packages. The launch of the strap is operated with the foot control or the button. The strap is tighten, heat-welded and cut. The holding capacity of strap depends on material type and on strap choice.

The shutter mod. Marte – CLASS 4 is the reinforced version of the class 3 product. The technical solutions adopted on this particular model have allowed it to successfully pass the severe tests that the new UNI EN 2011 regulation imposes. The SHUTTER MOD. MARS – CLASS 4 is composed of: PERIMETER FRAME made of press-bent galvanized sheet metal, 20/10 thick, assembled by welding, equipped with an adjustment and anchoring system, with a 60mm cover fin and a minimum depth of 47mm. DOOR made from 50×50 finned tubular profiles of 15/10 thickness with recess for anti-noise perimeter gasket, Internally REINFORCED SLATS with added 40x8mm steel plate. 40x8mm steel PLATE welded internally overlapping the slats for further reinforcement. BUNKERLOCKS LOCK with anti-drill safety cylinder HINGE in galvanized steel diameter 22mm to screw, adjustable in height with steel ball pin; Black balloon SEAL positioned along the entire perimeter of the door, helps to minimize noise during closing.

PERSIAN DOOR made from 60x40mm thick finned tubular profiles. 12/10, vertical uprights, central band and lower plinth internally reinforced with 100x8mm steel plates; Internally reinforced slats with added 40x8mm steel plate. 40x8mm steel plates welded internally overlapping the slats for further reinforcement. P3 filler neck male threaded, in steel or aluminium material, passage diameter 32 mm, to be welded on tanks or to be connected to flexible pipes for fuel, hydraulic oils and other fluids. This product is available in different materials and, on request, we can provide it with vent connection, removable filter or welded to a suitable fixing plate. P3 filler neck is supplied in combined with our P3, PGE and IGP threaded tank caps and it is generally used on tanks of construction and agriculture vehicles, such as earth moving machines and motor mowers, on machines for cleaning and environment and in fuel and oil tanks of special vehicles, such as go-karts and remote controlled model cars.
