The BE series pumps are simple and robust and are characterised by their monoblock design. The drive unit, thanks to the hallow shaft and to the rear cover provided with an IEC flange, is directly fixed to the pump by creating a unique compact and light body. The new design, with smooth cover and fixing nut built in the rotors, improves the cleaning standard. The lobe pumps of this series are provided only with bilobe rotary piston rotors in S.S. 316 L or in antifriction alloy CY5SnBiM, which ensure an excellent volumetric efficiency and a smooth and regular transfer of several liquid or viscous products. In less demanding works, the BE pumps can replace the B pumps and, meeting the increasing demand of cheap lobe pumps with good sanitary standard, allow to widen the utilization possibilities of the OMAC lobe pumps.

The range includes VSL series (low consistency device up to 1.0% consistency) and VSH series (high consistency device up to 4.0% consistency).

Thanks to their small size – 21 mm square section case – the linear potentiometers seris PT can be profitably employed for those applications where limited dimensions are a critical factor. The series strokes range from 25 to 150 mm. The electrical connection is granted by means of M12 connector. The stout extrused aluminium housing grants a high protection degree against environmental agents.

The range of square-flanged incremental encoders includes the series RE620, with centering mask diameter 31.75 mm, compatible with the international standard SIZE25, and the series RE650, with centering mask diameter 50 mm. Both the types are housed in a metal case. The connection type and position can be chosen among different options, as well as the output signal formats and the shaft diameters. The pulses per revolution number ranges from 2 to 12500. The zero reference pulse option is available for both series (type RE621 – RE651).

The B series lobe pumps satisfy most transfer applications to suit hygienic and chemical characteristics. OMAC'S lobe pumps are appreciated all over the world for stoutness and performances, assures good services, long endurance, easy and cheap maintenance.This range consists of 16 models with deliveries from 0.05 to 200 m³/hr with the following versions available ST Model with standard tolerances, SM Model with increased tolerances, both being made in AISI 316 stainless steel and both available with Duplex shafts. HP Model has crescent shaped rotors in antiseizure stainless steel alloy with shafts in Duplex for counter pressures up to 20 Bar. The OMAC Lobe Pump is modular in design allowing the main parts such as the rotor and seals, to be changed quickly and easily. A wide range of rotors, seals and gaskets is also available.

In Micro series they have 2 locking keys which once positioned make the insert mechanically locked against unscrewing from rotation or vibrations. Keenserts are extremely robust, have high resistance to rotation and extraction, a very precise thread and are easy to install and remove. They are widely used in sectors such as mechanics or precision engineering, aeronautics and aerospace on light alloys, steel or cast iron. They can also be used in damaged threads in expensive components. The Keensert inserts are supplied with the locking keys already positioned inside the grooves. The pre-positioned keys ensure that by screwing the insert it automatically positions itself at the correct installation depth. Keenserts are installed using special Keenest installation tool.
