PP RING

Wrapping machines with rotating ring series RING BOX EVO with automatic hook/cut of the film automatic and manual advancement, for the packaging with stretch film of sections, bars, boards and products with elongated shape. Practical and economical, allow to lower operating costs thanks to low consumption of energy and materials. The introduction of the products to be packaged is manual and is made by sliding them on a idle roller conveyor. By a foot pedal, is carried out the winding of the film on the product to the desired time; at the end of the cycle, with a slight movement of the pack, is obtained the cold-cutting of the film. All operations are controlled by PLC.

For clayey materials, as an alternative or in addition to the disruptor, it is possible to consider a system of high pressure water jets called the jet-ring system. This system consists of a ring, applied in correspondence with the filter of the dredging unit and a centrifugal pump for feeding the ring with a horizontal axis (available in electric and hydraulic version).

PNEUMATIC CLIPPER FOR GABIONS Large sturdy pneumatic clipper with ring closure, using clips of 45 mm. with wire diameter 3 mm. and can close up to a diameter of 15 mm (mm. 13 for model FPPS45P-13). Suitable for the assembly of the containment gabions in mesh, structures and fencing in wire mesh, fixing reinforcements for the building, sealing bags or mattresses that are used as retaining walls, sound barriers, dikes, road reinforcements, reinforcement of banks, horticulture, traps and rockfall protections.

BATTERY CLIPPING MACHINES WITH RING LOCK - HR24TP BT Battery-operated clippers with ring closure, for the assembly of mesh cages, springs for mattresses, car seats, fences and packaging. The clippers work with an 18V 2Ah battery, however it is possible to purchase the 18V 3Ah battery with greater autonomy as an option. Battery models can be easily transported from one work area to another without space limitations or used outdoors. They use clips type HR24 with width mm 24, height mm 12 and wire diameter mm 1,8

The closure diameter of the of the ring depends on the type of material to be clipped. The clipping machine HR 20 and HR 23 are suitable for example for fences and to close bags and nets. The sealing of the clipping depends essentially on the type of material that is going to seal. On soft materials, such as on a net bag, the clip remains locked. On stiffer materials or on fences, the clip guarantees tightness but may not prevent the wire from sliding.

Automatic steel ring bending machine for the production of circles, spirals and radius bars for diameters from Ø 6 mm (#3) to Ø 40 mm (#14). The machine uses a system of 4 rollers, one of which is specifically to ensure the stability and consistency of the radius of the curve. The rebar combined machine CER40 can be programmed to produce automatically up to 5 different radius curves on the same bar thanks to the measuring system.

HEAVY WALL FITTINGS are manufactured from customer specifications, or from accurate design according to the requirements of international codes, including ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME B&PV Code Section I, Section III, Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2, PED, RCCM, EN 13480, EN 10253 or others, and is supported by finite element analysis or calculation reports. In this product category, we have special tees (e.g. two, three or more branch outlets), special wyes (two, three or more ways, with piggability requirements), special caps, special flanges (e.g. swivel flanges, anchor flanges) and flanged fittings, and many other types of fittings designed and developed according to specific requirements.

Garland roller sets are used in belt conveyors that have to handle blunt, bulky, heavy materials. The increased containment capacity of the roller basin facilitates higher speed of transport than those of traditional stations. For upper stations in current use installations, garland sets with 3 and 5 rubberised impact rollers are mounted; for lower stations, garland sets with 2 rollers with scraping rubber rings are mounted.
