The S50, S51 are press-in inserts to be installed into cylindrical holes Suitable for soft thermoplastics The helical knurl of the outer surface is specially designed to facilitate insertion by allowing maximum plastic sliding of the material in the serration grooves They allow easy and low-cost assembly, as no special machinery is required Offer moderate pull-out and good torque resistance They are available in unheaded S50, and headed (flanged) S51 versions. Headed (flanged) version provides bearing surface for the mating component to prevent jack-out. In the S51 a screw can be inserted on the opposite side of the flange, allowing to achieve very high pull-out resistance. It also ensures a large contact area, which is useful for electrical contacts and specific applications The S50 in addition are symmetrical so they do not need to be oriented during installation process.

In addition to the bare rolls, Imeta offers – as an optional service – the seaming rolls preassembled with their pins and bearings. Seaming rolls are then provided already set and lubricated, ready to be mounted, allowing significantly shortened machine downtimes. The assembly is carried out by our skilled technicians using all the correct tools and equipment such as the hydraulic press and the dynamometric wrench. Potentially using certain old items (pins, bottom plates, dust covers), that maybe still in good condition, it is also possible to provide partial assemblies according to the client’s needs.

The new automatic touch screen unloader can be made in a 1,2,3,4 lane version. Depending on the parts to be bonded, the tracks are tailor-made at the customer's request in terms of width and length. The high resolution photocells are able to read any fabric in any light condition. The machine is operated via by a touch screen panel. The unloader tracks can work in combination or independently. Another great advantage, in addition to the total elimination of unloading operators, is the operation of the only electric discharger system.

The Modular Tooling Systems for Transfer Presses consist of arms and pneumatic clamps, these clamps allow the gripping of the sheet metal pieces for their movement to the subsequent work phases. It is also possible to use compensation slides or groups of actuators to realize auxiliary movements on the transfer lines. A simple design, a fast assembly and a rapid development can be achieved by using modular components, such as terminals of various types, extensions, joints and regulation elements. Two types of Brackets can be used for the junctions. The first type consists of friction brackets with open rings that are tightened by appropriate screws. These brackets can move along a tube, hence, the adjustment of the position can be done either along the axis of the tube or angularly. The second type of bracket consists of gear brackets that can fit any requirement thanks to an Exclusive Modular System. With only 8 pieces it is possible to reach unlimited combinations.
