The HD series lifting platforms are lifting equipment to be installed in a fixed position and are driven by an electro-hydraulic control unit. The double pantograph structure allows a high stroke and reduced overall dimensions (only the minimum height increases). Built according to accident prevention guidelines, they are equipped with a fall protection valve and a safety perimeter. Lifting platform single pantograph with U or E profile (FPHU/FPHE 1000) for the insertion of the pallet. On request it is possible to make a modification to the platform transforming the profile from U to E in order to have a central support for the pallet. This variant guarantees the lifting of heavy pallets without risk of flexing. For correct operation of the platform the load must be distributed evenly regardless of the type of profile in use. It is available hermetic or ventilated and it can be proposed in 4 colors (black, blue, red, green) for various needs in different sectors; it can also be equipped with removable filter and/or safety chain or cable. This product is customizable with company logos, writings and drawings. We manufacture types with all metal components in stainless steel for nautical applications and corrosive environments. D.40 G 1.1/2″ filling plug is also used in hydraulic field, such as on hydraulic power units. For a perfect match, we suggest to combine our threaded cap with our G 1”.1/2 female threaded filler neck.
