HOOD PACKAGING MACHINES - FP 5540 – FP 7060 SERIES L-seal hood shrink packaging machine combines sealing with shrinking into one step. The operator places the product between the two layers of mono-fold film, then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. When the shrink time is completed, the hood is returned to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package . The transparent cover makes the process of sealing & cutting and shrinking be visible. Colours: dark gray or orange depending on availability. It suitable for PVC shrink films with max. thickness 30 my and POF shrink films with max. thickness 19 my. Two models are available with a support surface of mm. 500x400x250h - mm. 650x550x300h. The dimensions of the support surface are to be considered with the hood closed. The volume cannot be completely filled by the box or by the product to be packaged as space must always be left for the passage of hot air around the product.

VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE IN STAINLESS STEEL WITH TROLLEY Vacuum packaging machine with front sealing bar and stand on wheels, made of stainless steel (AISI 304), with digital panel and volumetric electronic sensor for the steady control of vacuum. Tank increased with concave bottom and convex cover for a working height of 230 mm in the central part. Vacuum pump 20 m³/h. It ensures a high productivity. Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas inlet system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

CHAMBER VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE DZ 410 T - VERTICAL Vacuum packaging machine for packaging in vertical envelopes containing coffee, rice, tea, powder products, fluid products, etc. The machine is built in stainless steel (AISI 304) and equipped with an electronic volumetric sensor with 3 programs digital panel. The compact size chamber and the vacuum pump with a capacity of 20 m3/h. ensure high productivity. Also available with filter for packing powdery products such as hazelnuts flour, milk powder and products with similar characteristics. The filter must be requested at time of order. The packaging machine is equipped with a painted wheeled support. Max thickness bag mm. 0.20 (0.8 total with bellows). By equipping the machine with jigs realized according to the specific dimensions of the product to be packaged, it is possible to obtain squared packs. The templates are not included with the machine.
