LEVER OPERATED YELETTING MACHINE, WITH SINGLE HEAD, automatic feeder, cast-iron frame, without stand. Suitable for smaller volume applications and where one eyelet are required. Ideal for automatic application of warranty seals in cardboard industry, bank office, post office and in many others field. It is especially used in food industry for to seal and at the same time for to apply a printed card on plastic bags.

The idle roller with boxes-stopper plan allows the operator to "lock" the box still to be closed and make the filling operations. Depending on customer requirements can be matched more filling stations. For safer packaging, especially of fragile goods such as glasses, bottles and cosmetics, it is also possible to place beside the operator a machine to create air cushions.

The fully automatic strapping machine mod. TP 201 with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletised loads and high packages. It can be inserted in lines where the available space or the limited height of the conveyor do not allow the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, welded and cut, speeding up the strapping operations. The strapping machine, suitably modified, can be easily inserted into automatic packaging lines and can also work without an operator.

Ceramic ball bearings are fully resistant to corrosion as both the external and internal races are made of stainless steel, while the inner cage is made of plastic material, which is resistant against high temperatures. Thanks to the low friction of the ceramic balls, the seaming rolls require a reduced lubrication – up to five times less than standards. This saves time for the operators and the machine downtime, allowing increased production.

PVC-STEEL cylindrical and tapered rollers with one or two grooves rolled on the steel tube, driven by round belt links in series or individually connected to a transmission bar activated by the motor unit. PVC and PVC-STEEL rollers with flat or toothed polyamide resin PA or steel ACC pulley driven by tangential belt or belt links in series. The compressor of the gas turbine is the component with the greatest impact on the performance of the turbine itself. It is therefore necessary that it is always perfectly efficient. The blading of the compressor, in addition, is subject to the surface deposits of impurities that accumulate during operation of the machine, it consists of the contaminants from the external environment (sea air, dust, fertilizers, etc.) And in part by the machine itself (vapors of oil from the compressor bearing). This creates the need to remove the deposits through the washing of the compressor, so as to restore the normal efficiency.

GENERAL OPERATION The machine is built-up of a rotating plate and a knot device that allow to create the requested wire ties. When the cycle is running, the pinch roll insert the wire in the machine and the rotating plate starts to rotate creating the wire ties. The crossed ends of the wire are held together and twisted by rotation of the gripper. AUTOMATIC CYCLE When the operator press the “start” button, the automatic cycle command is sent to the machine. This signal allow to insert the wire into the rotating plate following the sequence below: - Realignment and lifting of the twister. - Realignment of the wire step cylinder. - Closing of the pinch roll. - Moving forward of the puller. - Insertion of the wire by means of forward rotation of the pinch roll. When the twister is in high position, the puller is moved forward, in order to pull out the wire ties. With a time delay, the machine starts a new tying cycle (according to the number of the ties set in the operator’s panel).

The boring machine, model TSB3, is designed for machining of hydraulic cylinders internal holes, with diameters from 20 up to 300 mm. The machine can be adjusted manually or automatically and it has got an electrowelded , normalized carpentry base . It is simple to use and easy to programm; it works with blocked piece and rotating tools on two opposing units. Toolholder devices, permit the machining of more diameters in the same workpiece, chamfing and internal and external threading. The hydraulic self – centering vise ensures the perfect orthogonality of machining; the load and unload are made manually , by the operator. The machine is controlled by a CN Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D SL.
