Manual steel strapping tool, lightweight and sturdy, with sealless joint. Suitable for medium/heavy duty packages with flat surface for supporting the tool. It can be also used on packages with irregular shape, however a flat surface with a minimum length 150 mm is needed. Works with glossy or blue strap mm. 13-16-19 with thickness max. 0.6 mm. The holding capacity of strap dipends on material type to strap and on strap choice

The welding division is M.E.G.A.'s new investment designed to meet the needs of a growing market. We manufacture spools and other special assemblies to meet customer requirements with certified welds guaranteed by our quality system. Cladding can be carried out on all machined products (inside/outside forgings, ring joint seats of flanges etc.).

The SPECIAL PRODUCTS section includes all FITTINGS, NOZZLES and SPECIAL FLANGES made to specific customer requirements in the following materials carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and superduplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper alloys, titanium and other metals. HEAVY WALL FITTINGS are manufactured from customer specifications, or from accurate design according to the requirements of international codes, including ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME B&PV Code Section I, Section III, Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2, PED, RCCM, EN 13480, EN 10253 or others, and is supported by finite element analysis or calculation reports. In this product category, we have special tees (e.g. two, three or more branch outlets), special wyes (two, three or more ways, with piggability requirements), special caps, special flanges (e.g. swivel flanges, anchor flanges) and flanged fittings, and many other types of fittings designed and developed according to specific requirements.

The flexible joint mounted on the encoder shaft grants a very good coupling, without parallel and angular mis-alignment, and avoids overloads, which can damage the bushings life. Elap measuring wheels are fit for the use in touch with metal, steel profiles, varnished surfaces, plastic materials, paper, cardboard, wood, fabrics and leather; they offer an excellent resistance to oil, fuels, ozone and environmental agents.

Thanks to their small size – 21 mm square section case – the linear potentiometers seris PT2S can be profitably employed for those applications where limited dimensions are a critical factor. Two ball joints are provided at both ends for air fixing. The series strokes range from 25 to 150 mm. The electrical connection is granted by means of M12 connector. The stout extrused aluminium case grants a high protection degree against environmental agents.

The linear motion potentiometers series PN231 have a 31 mm square section housing, 8 mm diameter shaft and two fixing ball joints at the ends. Their measuring strokes range from 50 to 750 mm, and their standard resistive value is 5 KOhm. The conductive plastic resistive element grants the transducer a long life (100,000,000 motions), high independent linearity and virtually infinite resolution. The electrical connections are granted by means of M12 connector. Thanks to their high protection degree against environmental agents the potentiometers series PN231 are suited for severe applications, even outdoors, at extreme temperatures.
