Ems99 produces punches in 90MnCrV8 steel and tempered (56-60 HRC) with a tolerance of 0.015. OT58 EN 12164 brass punches are created for hot stamping. Also for this article, in addition to the standard pieces, the creation of customized pieces in terms of size and font is envisaged. The movable steel and brass characters allow engraving on labels or foil.

The new square size marker for hangers, designed to fit even thicker hooks due to its durability and adaptability. It is available in 80 plastic colors, with the possibility of hot stamping on each side of the size marker. Here are the main features of the product: Shape: Rounded square; Dimensions: 13x13 mm, guaranteed to fit hooks with a diameter from ø 2.3 to a maximum of ø 6 mm. Material: PE plastic, certified for food use. Available Colors: Choose from 80 different plastic colors. Hot Stamping: You can use a single print color on each side of the size marker, with the possibility of up to 4 different colors. Foils used: White, black, pastel colors, gold, silver, and vibrant colors. The printing process involves hot pressing a film onto the size marker. Please note that, despite being of top quality, the four prints may vary slightly from each other. This characteristic is inherent to the hot stamping process and cannot be contested.
