Windstrand® 2000 features a powerful combination of optimized design and reliability for longer, lighter blades. Windstrand® 2000 delivers high weaving efficiencies. The product allows blades to operate in extreme environments at reduced operating costs. We’re happy to offer Windstrand® 2000 in all regions. Packaging (Standard Reference) Rovings are available in a singleend internalpull package. Each pallet weighs approximately 1 ton. Pallets are stretch wrapped for load stability. All doffs are wrapped with TackPak™ for protection and to aid package runout and transfer. Full doffs are approximately 2021 kg (45 lb.) and they can be packaged in bulk or CreelPak™ format. Standard Package Cylindrical bobbin without tube, Outside Diameter (OD) ±270mm, height 260300mm. Partial bobbins have smaller diameter. Max bobbin weight approximately 21kg. 600 Tex and greater. Bobbin covered by a TackPack™ film. Pallet Size 1150x1150mm, 4 ways entry.

Telestrand™ Flex roving offers a compelling solution for impregnated glass fiber reinforcement (IGFR) used as peripheral reinforcement. It is produced with patented Advantex® corrosionresistant ECR glass by Owens Corning and is available in 600 Tex to 2400 Tex. EXCELLENT PROCESSING Excellent strand integrity with higher LOI. Fast curing helps in running at higher speed. Smooth runout combined with low fuzz properties. ENHANCED PRODUCTIVITY Available in 32 kg doff size. Reduced coating – lower consumption of chemicals for coating. Reduction in wastage and downtime. Helps to increase line speed. Labeling Each individual package is labeled with information including product name, Tex/yield, production plant, production date, and weight (*Taloja). Storage It is recommended to store glass fiber products in a cool, dry area.

SE1200 singleend Type 30™ roving is a compelling solution designed specifically for knitting and weaving with versatility to work well in filament winding, pultrusion, and LFTP applications. EXCELLENT PROCESSING Smooth runout from lower drag across contact points produces less fuzz, resulting in smoother parts, less cleanup, and improved machine efficiencies. MULTIPROCESS & MULTIRESIN COMPATIBLE Flexibility for use with standard weaving looms, multiaxial knitting machines, filament winding, and pultrusion. FAST WETOUT WITH REDUCED COST Fast, uniform strand wetout leads to higher glass loading and good adhesion, resulting in optimized part production speed which supports increased productivity and betterquality finished parts. ENHANCED SERVICE LIFE Compared to standard Eglass, Advantex® glass provides longer service life in applications facing corrosion and possesses high fatigue properties to help qualify for wind energy.

SE8400 Type 30™ singleend roving is specifically designed for pultrusion processing in applications requiring high electrical resistance. Produced with Advantex®, corrosionresistant ECR glass technology by Owens Corning. Compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins. EFFICIENT PROCESSING Better wetout in polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin, offering fast processing and good glasstoresin bonding, resulting in optimized part production. Good wetout and resin bonding results in excellent visual appearance of parts produced. GOOD MECHANICAL PROPERTIES Low seed glass results in excellent dielectric properties which are ideal for applications requiring high electrical resistance. ADVANCED SERVICE LIFE Advantex® corrosion resistant glass fiber combined with low seed glass is ideal for longterm electrical, physical, and acid resistance, reducing the potential for costly brittle fracture failures in the field.

9703 wet use chopped strand (WUCS), featuring Advantex® glass fibers, is designed for improved line speeds and product strength in the manufacturing of wetprocess glass veils. 9560 wet use chopped strand (WUCS), featuring Advantex® glass fibers, is specifically engineered to enhance roofing mat and shingle performance.
