The FPGS25-I hand pallet truck is built with an electropolished AISI 304 stainless steel structure and is therefore suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry or in humid or saline environments. The internal pump is made of brass with excellent resistance to humidity and oxidation. It is a robust and versatile model that is suitable for handling pallets and pallets even with heavy weight. Ionic exchange polymers, when in touch with a solution containing salt compounds (i.e. ions), exchange certain ions with other ions having the same electric charge. In particular, potassium ions can be exchanged with hydrogen ions which will create a new tartaric acid molecule. Moreover, other ions, such as calcium, iron and copper, are partially exchanged. This treatment lowers the pH giving added protection against bacterial attacks (for example rettanomyces) which could generate anomalous fermentations.

The hyperfiltration plant (commonly known as reverse osmosis) allows the removal of a part of water by a semipermeable membrane and the action of a high pressure. The membrane is made of an organic material (polymer), with thickness of few microns, and supported from another organic material (supporting polymer). For the oenological application of the reverse osmosis, Bared use spiral membranes. Possible application of this plant is product concentration at various percentages: · max sugar recovery (up to 99%) · partial recovery (up to 60%) · concentration of coloured matter · partial or total rejection of acidity and salts.

Coated paper achieved throughout a hot extrusion process using low density polyethylene. Resin coated papers are an excellent packaging for fresh foods, fatty foods and wet and also for food grade bags. Packaging in polyethylene paper are suitable for direct contact with food, freshness guarantee, protection and meet the highest standards of food hygiene. Coated papers and burger interleaves are used in supermarkets, butcher shops, delicatessens and delis to wrap counter foods such as meats, cheeses and cooked foods. In fact, the food polyethylene creates a barrier against humidity, steam and odors. For the production of high quality wrappers and sugar bags Matt PELD is generally used.

The particular design of the plant facilitates a simple and efficient cleaning procedure at the end of the production cycle, achieving the highest hygienic standard using hot or cold washing with water and water detergent (CIP system). Thermal and hydrothermal treatments are used in food industry in order to develop different properties of food for specific applications. These treatments modify properties of cereal flours, germ, bran, starches, fibers, pulse and their derivates. All VOMM thermal treatments in food sector are completely natural, without chemical addition. They are used to produce “CLEAN LABEL” products.
