ACCUMULATION ROTATING TABLE IN STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 The rotary table of accumulation is generally used in the final part of the packaging lines and facilitates the discharge of the packs, facilitating the sampling operations by the operator. The stainless tables are available with rotating table diameter from mm. 800 to 1400 mm and exist in concave or convex version (ideal for bags and products that are accumulated) and flat (ideal for bottles, cans and products that can spill). The tables are supplied with adjustable feet up to 40 mm. On request it is possible to have wheels with brakes. Edges and sides stainless steel version The flat stainless steel version is equipped with containment rod while the concave tables do not have containment systems as the products accumulate in the center. The models in flat version can be equipped with double-rod containment, closed side with height 50 cm, exit slide, load system for incoming products

Developed from the successful existing range of OMAC “B” series pumps, the series “BBBA” pumps retain the principles of performance, solidity and reliability and incorporate a new design which enables easier cleaning of the wetted parts. BA series has obtained 3A Sanitary Standard certification. Several innovative OMAC features from BFF series have been incorporated within the product. BB pumps have design according 3A Sanitary Standard (new standard Number 0210). BA pumps have design, surface finish & elastomers in either 3A – FDA approved and are delivered with 3A nameplate and certificate. Difference between classic B series and BB/BA are Rotor case profile and geometry allows for complete self draining of the pump with vertical ports In built fixing nuts with flat cover minimises product entrapment & improves CIP Flush end cover Oring that follows rotor case profile

Induction melting furnace for continuous casting of all the alloys and colours of gold and silver. Fitted with a single or double inductor, and one or more work heads for the production of wire, flat bars, tube and other section on request. All our continuous casting furnaces have an updated microprocessor which can control, set up, memorise and print up to 99 different programmes.
