PNEUMATIC CENTERING DEVICE WITH MOTORIZED ROLLERS (MOD. CP-FM) MANUFACTURERS VERSION Feeder - centering device useful for centering boxes max width mm. 650 and max weight kg. 50. Can be combined with automatic taping and labeling machines. The box centering machine mod. CP-FM consists of a motorized roller conveyor and two pneumatically operated side guides. The metal parts are painted with epoxy powder while the other components are galvanized. The pneumatic centering device with motorized rollers is a module for builders to be completed and adapted to an automatic line. It is available in two versions: Manufacturers version and "plug and play" version: In the "manufacturers" version, the centering device is supplied complete with: - Motorized roller conveyor with start and stop button and emergency mushroom, at a fixed speed of 15 meters / minute - Pneumatic tail lifts and compressed air system up to the gate movement management valve.

Imeta has also developed Cover Feeders that can feed aerosol tops and bottoms and special components such as varnish rings or deepdrawn covers, as well as a wide range of special feeders with three or four screws for rectangular or oval covers.

Following the great success of the AP0158.4 Cover Feeder, Imeta has also developed a simpler version of a one or threescrew cover feeder for the entire Angelus P Series. This upgrade has been particularly popular for feeding Easy Open covers, which are very difficult to feed with the original dualshaft feeder. This feeder has the same advantages of simple adjustment and performance reliability.

Belt feeders are recommended for the extraction and dosage of aggregates from hoppers, ensuring a constant and regular flow rate with small and medium size aggregate, in cluding in the presence of high percentages of fine matter. They are usually mounted with variable speed motors and/or inverters for fine adjustment of the speed of extraction and the flow rate.

Designed for the supply of medium size aggregates, ALV screening feeders make it possible to separate the fine from the coarse fraction. These machines are generally used for the feeding of primary or secondary crushers. The vibration is generated by adjustable eccentric mass electric moto-vibrators . Made in different sizes depending on the particle sizes and flow rates to be obtained.

Carriage feeders are very reliable machines suitable for continuous operation even in harsh operating conditions. The flow rate control is possible by adjusting the stroke of the carriage by means of a flanged cam. They are made in different sizes depending on the particle sizes and flow rates to be obtained.

Studied for the extraction and dosage of bulk materials of various sizes. The adjustable intensity, unidirectional vibration is generated by eccentric mass electric moto-vibrators. Made of suitably bent and stiffened sheet metal, they are used in various sectors, from the steel to the mining industry.

Machines studied for primary feeding of crushers for rock or alluvium. They guarantee a constant feed and very high flow rates. Made in heavy construction, they consist of a track with articulated plates obtained from casting or extruded. Motorisation is applied with a multi-stage gearmotor. Available in widths from 650 to 1200 and modular in length up to 10/12 metres.
