The shutter mod. Marte – CLASS 4 is the reinforced version of the class 3 product. The technical solutions adopted on this particular model have allowed it to successfully pass the severe tests that the new UNI EN 2011 regulation imposes. The SHUTTER MOD. MARS – CLASS 4 is composed of: PERIMETER FRAME made of press-bent galvanized sheet metal, 20/10 thick, assembled by welding, equipped with an adjustment and anchoring system, with a 60mm cover fin and a minimum depth of 47mm. DOOR made from 50×50 finned tubular profiles of 15/10 thickness with recess for anti-noise perimeter gasket, Internally REINFORCED SLATS with added 40x8mm steel plate. 40x8mm steel PLATE welded internally overlapping the slats for further reinforcement. BUNKERLOCKS LOCK with anti-drill safety cylinder HINGE in galvanized steel diameter 22mm to screw, adjustable in height with steel ball pin; Black balloon SEAL positioned along the entire perimeter of the door, helps to minimize noise during closing.

SATURN is composed of: PERIMETER FRAME made of press-bent galvanized sheet metal, 20/10 thick, assembled by welding, equipped with an adjustment and anchoring system, with a 60mm cover fin and a minimum depth of 45mm. DOOR made from 60×40 finned tubular profiles 15/10 thick, base plinth and spacer band (only on French windows) in 20/10 thick galvanized sheet metal, 20mm diameter tear-proof bolts in galvanized steel. Horizontal oval slats in galvanized iron, thickness 12/10, blocked with a 6mm diameter passing rod anti-slip system applied inside the uprights and welded; HINGE in galvanized steel diameter 22mm to screw, adjustable in height with steel ball pin; Tilting mortise LOCK with three locking points. Rotating the handle activates the two locking tips

The Waltzer consists of a circular undulatory track. The rail is supported by a steel horse structure, connected to the central body through long bars and radial tie rods. The whole metal structure is hot-dip galvanized. The floor consists of an aluminum plates and has 7 independent gondolas which rotate on themselves using the undulating rotation of the entire floor during the ride. All the gondolas are equipped with a pneumatic brake to allow to the passengers a safe ascent and descent. All the electric and pneumatic equipment are assembled inside the center of the ride, where is attached the central rotor. The center of the ride consists of a square structure to be bolted to the foundation. The body of the cars are made of fiberglass. The ride moves by means of 7 A.C. self-braking gearmotors, controlled by a Frequency Drive.
