The NEW TWIST SE 120 is the tying system with wire twistband most innovative and affordable on the market. Unlike the other models uses a non-reciprocating motion mechanism that eliminates the wire jams and allows the use of only 76 mm of wire for tying, saving about 25% of consumables. For its characteristics the machine is suitable for each type of application for bakery and confectionery products for example cookies or chocolates. Besides being very silent it can be used wherever compressed air machines cause problems of noise and pollution. Use gold wire twistband (plastic tape with the central metal core) which is automatically wrapped around the bag creating a robust closure but easy to open.

The Combidrive MO is a cold rolling line with single horizontal drawing capstan for the production of smooth and ribbed wires in bars from Ø 4 to Ø 12 mm. This cold drawing line is completely modular and the rolling process is made through drawing capstan and rollers cassettes for rolling/profiling. Driven by electric asynchronous servomotors digitally controlled. Wire is rolled to reduce the section and if necessary ribbed, then straightened and cut according to the different lengths scheduled.
