The olive leaves are used according to an ancient Mediterranean recipe, adapting the method of hand-made preparation, Olivetum is produced, a bitter with a sweet taste made of Olive leaves and citrus fruits peels. It is entirely produced with natural ingredients. Olive leaves and fruit citrus leaves are being put in alcohol to soak; once filtered, caramelized sugar is added until the right maturation is reached. Dense, slightly alcoholic and pleasant to the taste, its flavour is better exhalted if you taste it cool as an aperitif or after meal drink so that you can try its best digestive characteristics.

24 hours of infusion lead to the distillation in traditional stills of each individual botanical, including juniper berries, St. John's wort, liquorice, coriander and, above all, sea lettuce, characterising the unique taste. Blending is done exclusively with pure spring water. After 3 filtrations, the entire bottling process is done by hand. -To the eye it appears crystal clear and colourless -On the nose, there is a lingering scent of sea lettuce and a fresh smell of saltiness -Taste reveals a briny and fresh flavour It is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, fresh shellfish and the most fashionable sushi and sashimi.
