The cushioning machine AIR BAG FP 600 G is compact and silent and allows you to create air cushions for packaging. It is suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical, farm and wine industries and wherever it is necessary to pack fragile products such as glass jars, bottles and fragile products.

Special sealers ME 455/605 VAD with air suction system (max 80%) suitable for volume reduction and better preservation of products. The machine is equipped with a double sealing bar with a sealing width of 5 mm, an electric pedal drive and pneumatic cylinders, mobile nozzles for air intake, an adjustable timer for suction, sealing and cooling. The ME 4510/6010 VAG model with a ATM gas injection system is also available. This variant is equipped with a double sealing bar with a 10 mm sealing width, electric pedal drive, mobile nozzles for air intake and gas injection, adjustable timers for suction, intake, sealing and cooling.

Mitadaf is an innovative dissolved air flotation system. Its exceptional solid/liquid separation and/or sludge thickening efficiency is the result of the combined systemof uniform hydrodynamics and filtration with a bed of micro air-bubbles: an equipment of new concept developed by MITA. The heart of the mitadaf system is the multifunctional central column, by means of which the raw sewage is introduced into the tank, the clarified effluent water is recovered and the sludge exits. The raw influent water, suitably saturated with air, is introduced into the flotation tank via a series of holes located in the lower part of the central column. The entering mix, propelled by the micro-bubbles of air, immediately reaches the surface, homogeneously distributed across the whole flotation area (uniform hydrodynamic system).
