Idler roller conveyors made of a sturdy structure in painted steel, supports with adjustable and height-adjustable feet, galvanized steel rollers with rotation on shielded ball bearings. In this position a convenient and economic box holder has been installed and allows the operator to lock and fill the box in comfort. Once the filling is complete, the operator can detach the box by simply pushing it forward.

Box weighing system to be integrated in manual idle lines When the box is positioned on the weighing station, the operator can read and check the weight of the products inserted in the box before placing it on the pallet and thus avoid errors or returns of the goods. In this way the operator can view the result of the weighing on the weight indicator without having to lift the packages to weigh them. The weight indicator is usually installed on a vertical post clamped to the structure of the roller conveyor. In this way the indicator remains positioned vertically and it is very easy for the operator to read the weight. The standard version foresees the installation of the basic DFWL indicator. On request it is possible to install the 7-key indicator also with DFWKPXP printer. The rollers used for the roller conveyors have a diameter of 50 mm and a pitch of 75 mm

WEIGHING BARS FPPMB SERIES - INDICATOR EXCLUDED Pair of weighing bars suitable for weighing boxes or pallets such as hoppers, conveyor belts, roller conveyors, tanks, crates, etc. They can be applied in packaging lines for weighing boxes and pallets pre-filled with material. CE-M verifiable standard version for sale to third parties. TECHNICAL FEATURES - Functioning with 4 shear-beam approved IP68 stainless steel load cells (PMBL) and with 2 approved off-center aluminum load cells (PMBS-PMBM-PMBX), according to OIML R60 standards with protection against dust and humidity according to IP65 standards (350 Ohm input resistance). The price indicated refers only to weighing bars. The photos are purely indicative and show the various applications of the bars (*) CE-M divisions obtainable only with the relative options, combined with our indicators.

BASE CARTON SEALER B52/B670/B820 Base for the closure of only the funds of boxes by means self-adhesive tape. Structure of the machine body made of sheet steel bent, bolted and painted, the movement of the cartons is done by two side drive belts driven by a single motor, adjustments for the different formats are made through flywheels. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes. The taping bases can be used both in semi-automatic lines with operator and in automatic lines or with box formers. The GEM B52 model is available in the version without guards for semi-automatic use or with side guards for insertion in the line. On the other hand, the B670F and B820F versions are only available with side protections for use in automatic lines or in combination with an automatic box former. The GEM B52 models can also be made of stainless steel.
