Calvi Plus Olive Oil is a simple and genuine product: it is the type of olive oil typical of the ancient olive oil tradition of our company: when it was born, over a century ago, practically all the oil sold was normal olive oil . Our Olive Oil Plus contains a high percentage of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, around 35% , which makes it particularly tasty, although certainly more delicate than an extra virgin oil. It is therefore an excellent oil especially for condiments and to flavor cooked dishes, but it can also be used in cooking, with truly superlative results.
