Alternatively, we build plant for the preparation of quality juice, starting from pureés and concentrates in aseptic drums, while respecting the organoleptic properties of the fruit. In both cases, our technologies ensure that a homogeneous and natural liquid is obtained thanks to a perfect combination of the blended products. All Ing.A.Rossi production plant is highly automated, and can be operated from a control room, in order to minimise operator error and guarantee repeatability and precision in the process. Production lines can also be integrated with waste water purification plants, and can cater for both small and large-scale production: we don’t have any volume limits. Embossed paper cushion pads for packaging of vegetables and fresh fruit. Interlayer sheets for fruits and vegetables are soft, flexible and environmentally friendly. Composed of Kraft paper from 1 to more layers, it is used as a protective packaging during transport to divide and wrap fruits and vegetables inside crates, to protect and preserve fresh products from outside pressure and internal shocks. From farmers to retail distribution, we can provide solutions for paper packaging that optimize storage and extend fresh products life. Our paper cushion pads retain humidity and provide good hygrometric indexes to preserve freshness and flavours of fruit and vegetables. All our papers for fruits and vegetables can be supplied in custom cuts and can be printed with your brand. We produce protective pads optimal to extend the life and maintain the quality, flavor and texture of the fresh fruit. Our paper pads may be used as interleaves in food manufacturing.
