Available with feet, runners or wheels. Are movable with pallet trucks and forklift. Approximate weight 17 kg. The bins can be ordered with 4 legs, runners and 4 wheels without brakes. The version with 4 wheels without brake can be transformed into the version with 2 or 4 wheels with brake by purchasing the relative accessory. This is only a surcharge that must be applied to the bins that already has wheels (it cannot be applied to the bins with the feet).

Vacuum packaging machine large with two perpendicular sealing bars and stainless steel construction (AISI 304), with digital panel and volumetric electronic sensor for constant vacuum control. Using the short sealing bar can package products with lengths up to 820 mm. Instead using the long bar can be made more packages with a max lenght of 520 mm. The vacuum pump 40 m³/h. ensures a high productivity. Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas injection system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

In a crossflow filtration the filter-surface is a semipermeable membrane. The liquid passes through the membrane and across of it. Thus keeps it clean. Used for wine, fruit fermented, mead, beer. The membranes used by Bared do not create any mechanical resistance: are delicate on the product and do not increase its temperature. Filtration with Bared systems guarantees the brilliant and sterile product in one passage compared to other systems that require more filtration stages with resulting in greater stress on the product.

The hyperfiltration plant (commonly known as reverse osmosis) allows the removal of a part of water by a semipermeable membrane and the action of a high pressure. The membrane is made of an organic material (polymer), with thickness of few microns, and supported from another organic material (supporting polymer). For the oenological application of the reverse osmosis, Bared use spiral membranes. Possible application of this plant is product concentration at various percentages: · max sugar recovery (up to 99%) · partial recovery (up to 60%) · concentration of coloured matter · partial or total rejection of acidity and salts.

PA 6, natural / black extruded is a tough material with high resistance to abrasion and impact. PA 6 is commonly used as a substitution material for bronze, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, as it has significant weight advantages. PA 6, natural / black has a specific gravity of 1,15 g/cm3 and bronze has 8,8 g/cm3 making the comparative volume price very attractive.Using PA 6 also reduces lubrication requirements and is non-abrasive to mating surfaces.It features good mechanical properties.Nylons can absorb up to 8% water (by weight) under humidity or submerged in water. This increases the excellent shock and vibration resistance but can also lead to dimensional changes. Mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties are accordingly influenced by moisture absorption.
