To make a product such as jeans on an industrial scale takes impeccable organisation and flexible management of production lines, huge attention to detail and respect for deadlines. Our flexible structures and computerised management of the majority of processes allow us to follow the entire production cycle in house, from studying the product and making prototypes and samples, to developing the washes and handling the client’s final order. We have over 22,000 sq m of production space in the Marche region, located between Urbania and Fermignano, and a platform in Romania, specialised in various product types.

A diverse range of connectors and safety release systems area available from MIB for high or low pressure flexible risers, jumpers, or catenary lines used on all types of offshore installation including FPSO, FSO, Semi-submersibles, Tender assistance vessels, TLP or other solutions where there is a need to make up an initial connection but also to provide a safe and rapid method to release such lines from a vessel under adverse or emergency situations.

FlexiBowl® is the flexible parts feeding system for automated production lines using industrial robot or cobots. It is patented and produced by ARS S.r.l. and sold in more than 40 countries worldwide, including through authorized distributors. FlexiBowl® optimizes parts feeding by ensuring more parts are available for pick-up by the gripper in every cycle. The system improves overall feed rates, increases productivity and reduces changeover times.
