Duplex - Import export

Duplex is a self-service display for bakery products with blind sides and indirect service without the need for gloves. It consists of 4 levels with a removable central partition which form 8 containers for 8 different qualities of bakery goods. Each compartment is closed by a tempered glass door complete with lock. The crystal is supported by a stainless steel hinge designed by ARREBO. The bottom of each compartment is made of a steel tray. The customer serves himself by means of a shovel conveying the product into the special container on the side and separated by springs. The lower part is open with frontal containment tubes, ideal for displaying packaged bread.

Thanks to continuous investments in new technologies, M.E.G.A. is able to obtain seamless pipes from a forged bar up to 11,000 mm in length and 1,400 mm in outside diameter. The special machining process enables M.E.G.A. to produce special seamless SMLS pipes as thin as 20mm (depending on the other dimensions) as well as large diameters. Pipes can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and superduplex stainless steel, and can be plated with CRA material (typically UNS N06625 or 316L) to ensure corrosion resistance. DSS and SDSS pipes can be produced to be Norsok M650 compliant.

1 outlet at 6 bar with detergent delivery Steamy is a 10 kW steam generator. The water tank on the back of Steamy can be connected with a continuos water supply for unlimited steam production.

Ideal for wine producers who wish to maintain uniform quality unaffected by the vagaries of the climate, the technique is used to carry out oenological practices especially suitable for enriching sugar and maintaining the right balance of components in the must to ensure that the wineís typical features remain unaltered. Application of this technique is particularly successful with must from red grapes as it produces wine with enhanced tannin content and a richer colour. An efficient scraped heat exchanger is used in the final stages of the process and reduces the temperature of the concentrate to an optimum value, either for storage or for immediate addition to the mass.
