High solid cross-flow filter C51 with filtering module in sintered stainless steel is created to be particularly suitable for filtering juice lees from flotation and centrifuge, wine lees and more generally cross flow filters waste. Available with Trencher Boom or Terrain Leveler This used Vermeer T1255 Terrain Leveler surface excavation machine offers superior production in a variety of applications, including surface mining, site preparation, overburden removal, road construction/reconstruction and soil remediation. This Terrain Leveler can cut an area up to 3.60 m wide and up to 81.3 cm deep in a single pass.

Vaporizing machine Saturno – Designed to relax the textile fibers and allow dimensional stability. The fabric in entrance, as plaite, big or small roll, is overfed and spread on a perforated conveyor belt that carries it through the different working fields. The first two sections of the treatment system are constituted by high temperature vaporizing tunnels, realized in stainless steel with anti-condensation units. Between the two sections there is a device that makes the belt vibrate to facilitate the relaxation and shrinkage of the fibers. At the output of the last steaming tunnel, an adjustable forced hot air drying group is installed. In the final part of the machine there is a double cooling field blocking the movement of the fibers (thermic shock). Both the drying field and the cooling one are above the conveyor belt in order to avoid a direct contact between the air flows and the right side of the fabric.

In a crossflow filtration the filter-surface is a semipermeable membrane. The liquid passes through the membrane and across of it. Thus keeps it clean. Used for wine, fruit fermented, mead, beer. The membranes used by Bared do not create any mechanical resistance: are delicate on the product and do not increase its temperature. Filtration with Bared systems guarantees the brilliant and sterile product in one passage compared to other systems that require more filtration stages with resulting in greater stress on the product.
