Each line is carefully designed on the customers indications, starting from a general structure that is as follows: Coil car, motorized and with hydraulic lifting Decoiler, designed on demand and with the required capacity (up to 30 ton) Straightening group with one of the different precision straighteners or levellers we can propose. We have in our range also “cassette-system” levellers, for the quick exchange of the working rolls. They are particularly useful for those who have a big range of materials and thicknesses. Guillotine shear (start-stop or non-stop models) or flying shear. This last one allows the flying cut of the sheet-metal, without stopping or slowing down the passage of the material. The shear moves synchronized with the metal strip. The control equipment checks the material movement and automatically decides, according to the speed, to move the car that holds the shear.

Integrated plant to cut and stock precut bars made of fast automatic straighteners with rollers (such as RETA) and coil processing up to Ø 20 mm. Pulling speed up to 300 m/min. The plant is fully customizable and modular thanks to a wide range of available accessories. Integrated plant to cut, optimize and stock the bars, based on a shear CHV 160, mounted on a fixed frame, with blade of 160 mm (6''), VBM1 measuring and cutting track with mobile ledge, with oneside unloading.

Integrated plant to cut, optimize, stock and handle the bars, suitable for mass productions, based on a shear CGS 300, mounted on a mobile frame, with blade of 300 mm (12''), VMT measuring and cutting track to cut the bars to size and unload them on the right or left. In the VMT SUPERFAST version, the roller conveyors and the unloading systems are divided into two parts individually operated. This ensures a much faster working cycle.

Combined cut-to-length and recoiling lines, that decoil, straighten, cut and recoil various kinds of sheet metal. They are suitable for coils of sheet-metal of any kind and with max thickness 4 mm. The results are parcels of blanks that can be piled-up with a stacker and recoiled strips of different widths, even obtained by partial cut. Our plants are provided of remote assistance equipment, to guarantee precise and immediate interventions, to modify the software parameters and quickly solve emergencies and stops of the machines.

Our staff, who are specially trained and kept constantly up-to-date with the latest developments, produce special and automatic machines, production lines and industrial plants, automation and handling systems, prototypes and newly developed machines, material handling and automation systems, equipment and lines. The on-site engineering department at the Nole plant provides specialist consulting on the production of ad hoc industrial machines and systems, which are designed according to customer requirements using advanced 3D design software.
