Spirol coiled spring pins are coupling elements manufactured from rolled steel. They have a spiral shape and 2 1/4 coil cross-section, which gives them considerable radial flexibiliyt. This flexibility, together with the absence of the axial shear common to normal spring pins, enables them to perform at a superior level in the presence of shocks and vibrations between coupled elements. Coiled spring pins are available in three duties, light duty, standard duty and heavy duty, to provide a variety of combinations of strength, flexibility and diameters to accommodate different host materials and applications. Available in Carbon Steel (C67S HV420-545), Nickel Stainless Steel (AISI 304 hardened HV120). And also in Chrome Stainless Steel (AISI 420 HV460-560) upon request. Coil Spider is a safe and small lifting device that, due to its uptodate features, can hook from the outside rolled and drawn coils (either rewinded or not). Coil Spider is equipped with an automatic release and hiding guns (patented) which combined with its reduced dimensions allow it to unload goods from trucks and payoffs quickly and safely also in case of very low cranes.

Our company has been manufacturing finned coil heat exchangers for over 40 years. The design of each finned pack can be totally developed inhouse by Stefani or taken from a drawing supplied by our customer. This is possible thanks to a strategic coengineering service, which is necessary especially when developing specific designs. Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures coil compactors Mod. CR which are utilized together with our drawing lines equipped with the wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MO/P. The wire drawn by the bullblocks Mod. MO/P is taken-out of the rotating platform through a coil extractor and positioned on the compactor. The compacted coil will be strapped by means of steel strapping unit and then it will be tilted in a horizontal position for permitting an easy unload by a fork-lift truck.
