Tecno Impianti designs and manufacture a series of horizontal wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MO/P, for the drawing of cold heading wire. These wire drawing bullblocks are utilized for big productions of drawn wire and are meant for wire drawing companies which produce cold heading wire or for big manufacturers of fasteners who execute the wire drawing off-line and take the drawn wire to the cold heading machines, in the form of wire coiled on wire carriers or as bound coils. The horizontal wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MO/P are manufactured by us in 4 different models, for covering a range of wire diameters between 6,0 and 30,0 mm. The drawn wire is taken-up on a rotating platform positioned into a hole in front of the capstan. It is taken-out with wire carriers or through a coil extractor.

Tecno Impianti manufactures vertical wire drawing bullblocks, which are utilized for drawing wire of small-medium diameter. They are available in two types: Mod. MV e Mod. MVC. In the models MV, which cover a range of wire diameters from 4,0 to 12,0 mm., the drawn wire can be coiled on the wire drawing capstan and then taken-up with a coil extractor, or, after the wire drawing operation, it can be sent to a vertical spooler which spools it on reels. The models MVC, commonly known as vertical inverted bullblocks, cover a range of wire diameters from 5,0 to 9,0 mm. The wire drawn on this type of machine is taken-up on wire carriers positioned under the wire drawing capstan.

The cold rolling line mod LLR6014 is equipped with an horizontal bullblock with one pass and is used for the production of smooth or ribbed wire from 6.0 to 14.0 mm at a max speed of 8 m/sec. The cold rolling line is completed by a vertical uncoiler with two tilting arms for the loading of coils in horizontal, a mechanic descaling machine, a lubricant dispenser, a rolling/profiling cassette, a spooler. The smooth or ribbed wire produced by the cold rolling line can be collected with horizontal spoolers on fixed reels of 2 or 3 tons, or with single or double vertical spoolers on fixed or collapsible reels of 2 or 3 tons. This cold rolling line can be completed with some accessories: butt-welder, strain-relieving unit with rolls, reel tilting unit, strapping system for the production of strapped wire coils.

The power-driven uncoilers Mod. AP are utilized for feeding cold heading machines or wire drawing machines with wire of medium-big diameter. Their main functions are: Feed and pre-straighten wire from coils into the next production machine (an in-line wire drawing machine or a cold heading machine), with consistent reduction of downtimes. Make the wire advance to the feed rolls of the cold heading machine, with reduction of the load on the feeding mechanism of the cold header. Increase the overall efficiency of the cold heading machine. Our power-driven uncoilers Mod. AP cover a range of wire diameters from 12,0 to 36,0 mm. and can be supplied complete with the following accessory devices: Longer coil-holding arm, for utilizing heavier coils.
