FPXBAG-NEW is an innovative semiautomatic vertical packaging machine which combines different existing technologies with unique innovations. FPXBAG-NEW is an easy to use, economical and functional form-fill-seal machine which creates 3 hermetic sealing bags starting from a plain foil roll. Compared to the other vertical machines, FPXBAG-NEW has an innovative system of forming box which allows to get a fast format change. This systems reduces the machine shot-down and we gain in productivity. Moreover the two clamps of the horizontal sealing allow to keep the forming bag in position reducing the any break possibility. The key factor of the FPXBAG-NEW is the versatility of the machine which can seal any kind of film, this thanks to the incomparable sealing system. The machine is supplied with 1 forming tube type 200 (suitable for making bags with a width of 185 mm). On request it is possible to have forming tubes with different sizes, type 200 and type 250.

Integrated plant to cut and stock precut bars made of fast automatic straighteners with rollers (such as RETA) and coil processing up to Ø 20 mm. Pulling speed up to 300 m/min. The plant is fully customizable and modular thanks to a wide range of available accessories. It is a special slitter with Numerical Control, different from all the others available on the market, with a variable number of slitting heads, which include in one single body the upper and lower blades. This allows to easily adjust the clearance between the blades (now also automatically) and to reduce the wearing. The characteristic that makes this slitting group original and extremely efficient is the system of changing the slitting widths, without manual intervention of the operator. The slitter can be managed by N.C., so from the line control-board, by remote control, or even by a PC interfaced to our customized softwares: GA.GE. or GMDesign.

This mobile pallet turner is an electrically powered trolley with a maximum capacity of 1500 kg, operated by tiller controls and powered by a gel battery. It is an extremely versatile and compact device that allows the replacement of the pallet to be carried out in very confined spaces, thus not requiring an area to be dedicated in the plant. Falcon Wing is also available as a stationary machine. The mobile bench vault is equipped with the latest generation gel batteries with a duration of 8-10 hours. It is possible to increase the duration with larger batteries. In addition, to ensure that mobile devices have a non-stop operating cycle, we provide the optional “roll-on / roll-off”, a quick battery change system. All Toppy equipment are equipped with safety systems in order to prevent accidents at work, with particular attention to GMP standards to ensure the appropriate quality standards.
