The machine is equipped with the compressed air device by drive via lever valve for centering and locking of the wheels, consisting of two jaws which are installed on the expansion of extractable pins. To lock and unlock the tires is sufficient to drive the valve lever. The group expansion is raised by about 150 mm. from the plane table.

Automatic strapping machine mod. TP 101, simple and reliable, is an excellent solution for strapping of packages handled by an operator. The positioning of the material to be strapped can be done manually or by means of an idle roller. The operator lunch the strapping by simply pressing the foot control or the start button. The strap is stretched, thermally welded and cut. The arch strap guide is in aluminum. The strapping tool is characterized by a new sealing blade for maximum effectiveness of the closure and an external knob to easily adjust the tension. Worktop with idle rollers. The strapping machine with side head is recommended in all sectors in which, with traditional machines, processing residues such as grease, liquids, etc., cause operating problems. The SP92-E is suitable for products with minimum dimensions of 10x50x100 mm; uses strap with a width of 12 mm and a maximum thickness of 0.65 mm. Equipped with worktop with adjustable height and device for automatic shutdown, after 60 sec. of inactivity.

The fully automatic strapping machine mod. TP 201 with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletised loads and high packages. It can be inserted in lines where the available space or the limited height of the conveyor do not allow the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, welded and cut, speeding up the strapping operations. The strapping machine, suitably modified, can be easily inserted into automatic packaging lines and can also work without an operator.

Automatic strapping machine mod. JN85-R with reduced welding plate (width mm. 27 instead of the standard mm. 60) for the automatic strapping of products with small size. Special machine designed to avoid issues in strap releasing in case of strapping of profiles, beams and small packages. The launch of the strap is operated with the foot control or the button. The strap is tighten, heat-welded and cut. The holding capacity of strap depends on material type and on strap choice.

COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE MOD. JN85-M Fully automatic strapping machine with high speed and reliability. The machine is equipped with motorized belts for insertion in packaging lines, aluminum arc with multiple flaps to facilitate the launch of the strap and the subsequent release and electrical system with Omron PLC. The electrical panel of the machine can manage the motorized loading and unloading belts (optional) and allows the use of the strapping machine in lines without operator.

The stapler SERIES MPK are designed for the closure of the sides of the cartons and the construction of trays and containers. Available in mechanical version (mod. M), pneumatic (model B) and stitched at 45° (K). These staplers are suitable if you need to prepare packages in different areas and in small quantities. When you need to close 50 to 100 packages it is advisable to use a pneumatic stapler. The models use MPK points series 16B coppery length 12,15,18 mm (charger 300 points). On request it is available the model that uses the series 35 points coppery length 15,18,22,24 mm, charger 200 points). The length of the arm varies from 340 mm to 1000 mm depending on the model.

Stapler BOTTOMER designed for closing the bottoms of the cardboard boxes. Available in mechanical (mod. MB) and pneumatic (mod. PB) versions. These staplers are suitable for small quantities or if you need to prepare the packaging in different areas. If you have to close 50 to 100 packages we recommend the use of a pneumatic stapler. CARTON SEALER MACHINE MOD. FP 9070 - DOUBLE DRIVE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF TWO LOWER SIDE BELTS AND TWO UPPER BELTS. Machine suitable for large boxes, the double drive system ensures a regular feed even in presence of high and light boxes. The two heads simultaneously apply a strip of tape taping above and below the box. Ideal for close fixed format boxes (with constant height and width). Structure of the body in painted steel. Movement of boxes happens via two lower dive belts and two upper drive belts, adjustments for the different formats are carried out using flywheels. The machine is equipped with idle rollers 400 mm length for loading and unloading. The machine is equipped with wheels with brake.

TAPING MACHINE MOD. FP 9036 WITH MANUAL ADJUSTMENT AND 2 LATERAL DRIVE BELTS The taping machines series FP9036 and FP9037 are used in semiautomatic lines for the quick and safe closure of boxes using adhesive tape. The two taping heads simultaneously apply a strip of tape above and below the box. Depending on the size of the boxes (height and width), the operator must adjust the taping machine using handy handwheels. In the FP9036 model the structure of the machine body is in painted steel sheet and the cartons are dragged through 2 side drive belts. The machine is complete with 2 idle roller conveyors attached to the taping machine with length mm. 400 (for loading and unloading). It is equipped with wheels with brakes.

The model FP8022 allows to strap the product with minimum size of 60x60x10 mm and it uses strap with width 6-9-12 mm and with max thickness of 0,6 mm.

The proposed semi-automatic line includes a GEM 52 taping machine for boxes with side drive belts. Before the taping machine, a PACK POINT 08 box former was positioned, which makes it faster and easier to form and fill the boxes. Once the boxes have been filled, it is possible to advance them towards the taping line by pressing the appropriate button on the former.

Semi-automatic line consisting of taping machine FP9036 with side straps (or FP9037 with straps above and below) for closing the upper and lower flap of the box and special plan for loading products. To facilitate the packaging operation of the products, an idle conveyor roller with boxes-stopper plan has been positioned before the taping machine. In this way it is possible to block and fill securely, quickly and easily the box not yet taped simply taking the products from a plan or from an adjacent container. Then, with a simple push, the operator will move the box in the taping machine.

PACK POINT 08 - CASE ERECTOR Semiautomatic carton erector. It forms the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes, with operator. Operation is simple , just insert the open box in the case erector. The four bottom flaps are folded and the box is automatically locked in position for filling. A pneumatic pusher makes the expulsion of the box to a taping machine . The PACK POINT 08 when combined with a taping machine is a compact and productive semi-automatic packaging line. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.
