In addition to the bare rolls, Imeta offers – as an optional service – the seaming rolls preassembled with their pins and bearings. Seaming rolls are then provided already set and lubricated, ready to be mounted, allowing significantly shortened machine downtimes. The assembly is carried out by our skilled technicians using all the correct tools and equipment such as the hydraulic press and the dynamometric wrench. Potentially using certain old items (pins, bottom plates, dust covers), that maybe still in good condition, it is also possible to provide partial assemblies according to the client’s needs.

R tank cap for gasoline, diesel or biodiesel, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and cleansers, in steel or stainless steel material, with internal bayonet coupling passage diameter 40 mm and different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic, ventilated or ventilated through valves. For the optimal operation of the endothermic engine or in case it is required by law or specific regulations, the R tank cap can be equipped with unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, the loss of fuel is limited by the valves of controlled ventilation system. The steel version can be supplied also with black cap covering. We manufacture types with all metal components in stainless steel for nautical application, corrosive environments as well as for biodiesel and urea solutions tanks (AUS 32 (AdBlue®)).
