AIR fuel tank cap with key in technopolymer and aluminium material, with internal bayonet coupling passage diameter 40 mm and different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic or ventilated and it can be equipped with safety chain or cable as well as with removable filter. On request, we can supply it in grey or white color. AIR tank cap is usually sold with our bayonet filling systems passage Ø 40 mm with flange or with our niches series 32–40–50 for connection to flexible fuel hose of different diameters (Ø 32 mm / 40 mm / 50 mm) or with our complete filling systems, that can be customized in relation to specific needs. The additional use of built-in housing for filling caps make easier and very faster the assembling operation of fuel filling systems in the most industrial applications.

Rivet manufactured entirely in aluminium. Its particular shape, together with the presence of the portion of spindle along the entire rivet body, allows the use on soft and/or fragile materials, such as plastic, composites and aluminium even on thin thickness, which requires high mechanical strength. Fields of application: photovoltaic systems, plastic assemblies in the automotive industry, construction industry and shipbuilding. The rivets is supplied with a neoprene gasket housed under the head of the rivet body.

950 tank cap female threaded, in plastic material, passage diameter 32 mm, with different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic, ventilated or ventilated through valves. For the optimal operation of the endothermic engine or in case it is required by law or specific regulations, the 950 tank cap can be equipped with unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, the loss of fuel is limited by the valves of controlled ventilation system. 950 fuel tank plug can be supplied in different colours on request. The trapezoidal threaded filler neck profile, compatible with 950 tank cap, is obtained directly from the tank molding. The ergonomic design makes the handle easier also when the worker uses his working gloves;

ASM.CF tank cap, 2” female threaded, in aluminium material, complete of different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic or ventilated or equipped with a controlled ventilation system through valves. For the optimal operation of the endothermic engine or in case it is required by law or specific regulations, the ASM.CF tank cap can be equipped with unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, the loss of fuel is limited by the valves of controlled ventilation system. The ASM.CF fuel plug can be equipped with a removable filter and/or safety chain or cable. This product particularly lends itself to customizations with writings, company logos and drawings.

Developed from the successful existing range of OMAC “B” series pumps, the new series “BF” pumps retain the principles of performance, solidity and reliability and incorporate a new design which enables easier cleaning of the externals and AISI 304 gearbox. All product wetted parts are in AISI 316L with ferrite content of less than 3%. The cover is smooth with a new gasket and the rotors offer the option of either in built fixing nuts or external fixing without nuts for F series. The pump body is pressforged and has integral non welded Tri clamp or DIN118643 connections. Elimination of slots ensures easy C.I.P. cleaning with no cleaning fluid retention. F series (without nuts on rotors) has obtained, after Cleanability Tests at München Engineering University, EHEDG’S certification (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) show that this kind of pump meets all requirement for hygienic design and is to be classified as “easy cleanable”.
