Combined fixing plates in steel or galvanised steel, to be welded or directly screwed on tanks of industrial machines or generating sets. The use of this fixing plates make easier and very faster the assembling operations of our fixed mechanical level gauge in combination with our bayonet tank cap passage diameter 40 mm. Combined fixing of tank cap and fixed level indicator allows to easily monitor the liquid level in the tank during the refueling. We also supply versions of single fixing plates and fixing plates for electronic level indicators or to connect flexible fuel filling hoses of various diameters. The careful selection of raw materials and the adoption of innovative and rigorous production processes allow us to always guarantee quality and reliability of our product. We perform several strength and durability tests and tests for product quality control during the various processing phases.

Inspection tank caps male threaded, in plastic material, complete with sealing gasket and fixing flange. We supply two different types of this product: Inspection cap for Ø 124 mm hole Inspection cap for Ø 215 mm hole We can also provide them equipped with safety chain. The inspection tank caps are generally used for canopies of power generators and on tanks of agricultural machines and industrial vehicles, spray dryer, water tanks and so on. We always guarantee quality and reliability of our product over time. We perform several strength and durability tests and tests for product quality control during the various processing phases. On request we can issue the relevant certificates in compliance with national and international regulations.

Fixed mechanical level gauge in plastic, steel and brass, with different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It’s available hermetic or ventilated and in different lengths (minimum 90 mm, maximum recommended 540 mm: for longer lengths we suggest you to directly contact the Technical Office). The construction characteristics of our liquid level indicators guarantee the non-deformability of the body in which float moves. We can supply versions with customized dials, also with your company logo or writings (“Oil”, “Diesel”, “Fuel”, “Gas” or others on request). The new dial with 4 colors (green for full tank, red for reserve and black for intermediate levels, on white background) allows an optimal visualization of the fluid level in the tank. This mechanical liquid level gauge can be used with different inclinations up to the maximum recommended angle to the vertical of 20°.
